ValidLearn guides learners along a single, clear path from sign-in to certificate — no configuration jungle.

Sign in

You sign in with your credentials. Protected areas require a login; no course content is visible without one.

Get assigned to a course

Learners are assigned to a course (e.g. Phishing Basics). Each course has a defined validity — six months by default.

Learn at your own pace

Work through the content at your own pace: one question per screen, clear progress, a calm layout built for focus rather than distraction.

Take the exam and get certified

At the end there is a final exam — including the interactive Phishing Inspector. Pass it and you receive a certificate with a validity date. The platform reminds you automatically before it expires; see Re-certification.

What ValidLearn deliberately does not do

No forum, no chat, no social network, no external integrations and no tracking. Exactly one use case, done well.
